Zeelo has embarked on the build of our next-generation transportation platform—a modular, event-driven system designed for scale, reliability, and speed. You’ll join a team of engineers who care deeply about craftsmanship, autonomy, and solving complex problems with elegant solutions. We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack TypeScript Engineer to help build the core of Zeelo’s new platform. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems to create reliable, scalable, and elegant solutions that move thousands of riders every day. What You’ll Do Build event-driven services using Node.js or Bun, AWS Lambda, SQS, and EventBridgeDesign and maintain clean APIs (REST/tRPC/GraphQL) with full type safetyDevelop rich web interfaces with React, TanStack Query, and Zustand or MobXImplement infrastructure-as-code using Pulumi and modern CI/CD pipelinesWrite automated tests and champion code quality, performance, and observability What We’re Looking For Deep TypeScript expertise and modern Node.js experienceStrong frontend skills in React and component architecturePractical understanding of AWS serverless and event-driven designExperience with monorepos (Turborepo/Nx) and modern build tools (Vite/Turbopack)Passion for clean, maintainable code and a collaborative, learning culture5+ years’ experience building and shipping software products end-to-end Bonus Points Experience with Drizzle or Kysely, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDBGraphQL or tRPC experiencePrior work on re-platforming or modular architecture projectsPrior work in SAAS startups/scale-ups Salary: 100k- 150k Why Zeelo?
