Entry-Level Python Developer Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years Location: Candidate must be open to relocate. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Python Developer with a strong interest in software development, back-end systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications while collaborating with experienced developers, QA engineers, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Python.Assist in building back-end services and RESTful APIs.Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.Participate in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.Identify and resolve basic application performance issues.Use Git for version control and team collaboration.Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.Assist with application deployment and production support.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and product teams.Create and maintain technical documentation.Follow application security, coding, and data-protection standards. Required Skills Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals.Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.Familiarity with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Understanding of software development and testing concepts.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to MongoDB or another NoSQL database.Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Requests.Basic knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Familiarity with Docker and containerised applications.Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment processes.Understanding of Linux commands and basic system administration.Familiarity with unit-testing frameworks such as Pytest or Unittest.Basic knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth or JWT.Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.Internship, academic project, freelance, or hands-on experience in Python development. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications, coding bootcamps, or equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
