The Role: What You'll Do Build and ship backend services using C# / .NET Core.Develop REST APIs and backend components that power our platform.Work with Entity Framework Core + SQL to design reliable data flows.Partner closely with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end value.Improve code quality through reviews, testing, and clean architecture.Debug production issues and help drive continuous improvement.Contribute ideas that influence architecture, tooling, and product direction. Requirements: Must-Haves 5+ years of hands-on development with C# / .NET Core.Strong experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET / Web API.Strong SQL skills and solid database design fundamentals, including experience with Entity Framework Core and Dapper ORM.Experience with at least one SDLC management tool (i.e. Azure DevOps or Jira)Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (core web fundamentals).Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD workflows.Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, design patterns, secure coding.Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and deliver reliable, production-ready features.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset. Bonus Skills: Nice-to-Haves Minimum experience with emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and machine learning.Experience with message brokers and distributed systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Understanding of observability and monitoring (logging, metrics, tracing) of systems.
