About the Role CGM is seeking an experienced Teamleader Software Development to lead and coach software development teams in an agile environment. The role combines technical leadership, software architecture, requirements analysis, code quality, vulnerability analysis, and employee development. The successful candidate will have a proven background in software architecture and development, strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions and support the continued improvement of healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach software development teams in an agile environment. Develop innovative technical concepts and support software development initiatives. Analyze requirements from different business areas and translate them into technical concepts. Support the implementation of complex software development projects. Ensure high development quality and adherence to established standards. Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews. Provide constructive feedback to improve code quality, innovation, and development efficiency. Identify vulnerabilities in existing software implementations. Develop targeted solutions to improve system performance and security. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Support improvements to user experience. Develop team members' technical and professional skills. Set clear objectives and monitor team performance. Promote effective collaboration and a positive team environment. Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Several years of leadership experience in software development. Strong experience in software development and software architecture. Experience leading and coaching development teams. Strong technical and methodological expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges. Ability to work systematically, conscientiously, and reliably. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an agile software development environment. Additional certifications in software architecture. Experience in vulnerability analysis and developing solutions for software security and performance.
