Junior Web Developer

We are currently supporting a Netherlands-based logistics project that requires specific technical support to manage the digital tools used for data reporting and client communication. We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join us in this effort, working in a fully remote capacity to maintain and improve our project-specific web applications. What you will do Maintain and update the web-based dashboards used to present logistics data and investment scenarios to our clients. Assist in the development of responsive user interfaces that translate complex commercial data into clear, actionable visuals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within our internal reporting platforms to ensure consistent uptime and data integrity. Collaborate with senior consultants to integrate new data feeds from external sources into our existing web infrastructure. Perform regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that all client-facing portals function correctly across different browsers. Help document technical workflows and code structures to support the long-term maintenance of our digital tools. Support the deployment of small-scale web features that improve how our team interacts with project data. Participate in technical reviews to ensure that our web applications meet the security standards required for sensitive commercial work. What you bring Foundational knowledge of core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Basic familiarity with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular, perhaps through academic projects or personal coding work. A strong sense of commercial curiosity and an interest in how technical tools support business decisions. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when it comes to visual consistency and the accuracy of displayed data. The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members in a clear and direct manner. Experience using version control systems like Git to manage code updates and collaborate with others. A disciplined approach to independent work, which is essential for success in a fully remote environment. A willingness to learn new programming patterns and adapt to the specific requirements of our logistics client engagements.
