Fashion Designer & Product Developer

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer & Product Developer to design and develop collections from concept to final production. Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Research fashion trends and develop new collection ideas. •⁠ ⁠Design clothing and create sketches, colorways, and fabric selections. •⁠ ⁠Prepare tech packs and production details for factories. •⁠ ⁠Source fabrics, trims, materials, and suitable manufacturers. •⁠ ⁠Communicate directly with factories and suppliers. •⁠ ⁠Manage samples, fittings, modifications, and approvals. •⁠ ⁠Follow each design from concept through sampling and final production. •⁠ ⁠Ensure quality, fit, finishing, and brand consistency. •⁠ ⁠Develop existing products based on trends, customer feedback, and sales performance. •⁠ ⁠Work within target costs and production timelines. Requirements •⁠ ⁠Experience in Fashion Design and Product Development. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fitting, and production. •⁠ ⁠Experience preparing tech packs and working with manufacturers. •⁠ ⁠Creative, trend-aware, organized, and detail-oriented. •⁠ ⁠Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills preferred.
