About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, maintenance, and enhancements for a client application within an Agile, sprint-based development environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure the application's accessibility, reliability, and optimal performance, aligning with federal standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks, responsive design, and accessibility compliance such as Section 508 and WCAG standards. You will leverage AWS cloud services, Git/GitHub, and open-source solutions to develop scalable, user-centered applications that meet rigorous security and performance criteria. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that support federal missions.
