Senior Network Engineer

BettingJobs is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own the edge delivery layer for a fast-growing operator that delivers third-party game content to players across multiple regulated markets. This is a senior-level hire who makes edge and CDN architecture calls without supervision, runs the layer in live production, and reasons independently about the contractual and regulatory boundaries of what you build. This is a genuine step up for an engineer ready to take full ownership of a critical, latency-sensitive platform at scale, working closely with compliance and legal as a core part of the job rather than an afterthought. Responsibilities: Architect, deploy and operate the multi-region edge delivery platform (nginx, Cloudflare Workers, edge compute)Optimise latency, caching and origin failover for fast asset loading across regionsRoute provider integrations correctly by agreement and market authorisationEnforce delivery controls for licensing and regulatory compliance, with supporting observabilityOwn layer reliability: health checks, failover, capacity planning, incident response, DRMaintain IaC, CI/CD and runbooks for the delivery fleet Requirements: Strong production nginx and Cloudflare experience (Workers, DNS, edge config)Deep networking fundamentals: HTTP(S), TLS, DNS, CDN, geo-routingSolid IaC/containerisation skills (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD mindsetTrack record running latency- and availability-critical infrastructure at scaleObservability experience (Grafana, logging and metrics pipelines)Strong judgement on regulatory and contractual delivery constraints, comfortable working with compliance and legal
