To support Trustpilot’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for a Student Assistant to join our DACH Sales Team in Hamburg. What you’ll be doing: In this role you will be supporting the sales team with both low and high tasks such as: Research and identify potential leads Use lead generation tools to gather contact information Qualify leads based on specific criteria Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team for correct lead handoff and knowledge sharing Coordinate customer-facing materials, including documents, presentations, design and other sales collateral Support event planning and coordination, including lead management before and after events, and run email cadences and outreach activities on behalf of the sales team We’d like you to be able to work approximately 10-20 hours per week, but we are of course flexible depending on what your study schedule looks like. Who you are: You have a positive, proactive mindset and are eager to learn You’re interested in commercial organizations and how they operate You have a strong motivation for sales and business development You can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines You have clear and precise communication skills in both German and English You have good understanding of Google and Microsoft products And don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes (yet), we’ll get there.
