Job Title: Senior Software Developer Location: Kupondole, Lalitpur (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Openings: 1 Experience Required: 3+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developerto join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can independently drive product development from planning to production. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing scalable backend systems, maintaining production infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end technical delivery of product features, from development and testing to deployment and production support.Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) or other modern backend technologies.Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable software solutions, including database design, API architecture, and application structure.Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Estimate development efforts, identify technical risks, and recommend scalable approaches.Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the codebase.Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.Maintain technical documentation and promote engineering best practices. Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Go is an advantage.Strong understanding of RESTful API development (GraphQL is a plus).Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.Good understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server management and deployment.Strong understanding of Git workflows, version control, and software testing practices.
