Senior Software Engineer – Integrations & Enrich

About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer within the Integrations & Enrich domain, you will build the capabilities that connect Cognism with customers' technology ecosystems. Your work will focus on CRM integrations, enrichment workflows, synchronization services and customer-facing data experiences. You will help enterprise customers seamlessly move trusted Cognism data into platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other business applications. What You'll Do Design and develop backend services supporting CRM integrations and enrichment workflowsBuild scalable APIs enabling secure data exchange between Cognism and customer platformsOwn software throughout its lifecycle, from design through production operationsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, Data Engineering and Platform teamsImprove integration reliability, synchronization performance and customer experienceWrite high-quality automated tests and participate in code reviewsContribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practicesLeverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery and quality Technology Environment Cloud-native backend services running on AWSREST APIs and event-driven microservicesCRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot and similar ecosystems)Kafka and asynchronous messagingSQL / NoSQL databases Modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing What Success Looks Like Reliable customer integrations with measurable improvements in stability and performanceHigh-quality enrichment services supporting enterprise customersProduction ownership with rapid issue resolutionReusable engineering components adopted across multiple product teamsContinuous improvements in customer experience and engineering quality Required Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong backend engineering skills using Java, Scala, Kotlin, C# or modern TypeScript/Node.jsExperience building APIs and system integrationsKnowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous processingExperience with AWS or another major cloud platformUnderstanding of CI/CD, automated testing and production supportExcellent communication skills and fluent English Nice to Have Experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM platformsKnowledge of event streaming using KafkaExperience with ETL or data enrichment pipelinesInfrastructure as Code and KubernetesExperience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot WHY COGNISMAt Cognism, we’re not just building a company - we’re building an inclusive community of brilliant, diverse people who support, challenge, and inspire each other every day.
