Forward Deployed Engineer £120,000–£150,000 + Equity, London, On site 5 days, React, Typescript and Python I'm partnering with a rapidly growing AI software company to hire two Forward Deployed Engineers to work in a team of 5 engineers This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, AI and customers, helping deliver software that solves complex operational challenges for enterprise organisations. The Opportunity You'll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design technical solutions and build production software that delivers immediate impact. What You'll Do • Partner closely with customers to solve complex business problems • Build production applications using React, TypeScript and Python • Design backend services, APIs and AI-powered workflows • Deploy solutions into live customer environments • Own projects from discovery through delivery What We're Looking For • Strong React, TypeScript and Python experience • Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Background within high-growth technology companies or startups Package • £120,000–£150,000 base salary • Equity • London (5 days per week) • Visa sponsorship and relocation support • Excellent benefits This is a confidential search.
