The role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and grow our Identity, Risk & Fraud Management product lines.
This portfolio powers how businesses verify, authenticate, and protect their users and platforms, and includes products such as Number Intelligence, Number Verification SDK, and Brand Impersonation Protection.
You will work at the intersection of B2B data services and B2C trust experiences, building products that help enterprises fight fraud, verify identity, and build trust with their end users at scale.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the technical depth of APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines, and the business dynamics of risk, identity, and compliance in a global, regulated environment.
What you’ll do:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more products within Truecaller's Identity, Risk & Fraud Management suite, including Number Intelligence, Number Verification SDK, and Brand Protection
Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build and scale APIs, SDKs, and data-driven services that are consumed by enterprise clients and, in turn, power experiences for millions of end consumers
Translate a deep understanding of fraud patterns, identity risk signals, and alternate data sources into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
Work directly with B2B customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand integration needs, technical constraints, and business use cases across industries such as banking, fintech, e-commerce, and telecom
Define and track success metrics for product performance, adoption, and business impact, and use data to continuously iterate on the product
Ensure products are designed and operated in line with global data protection and compliance frameworks, including DPDPA and GDPR, working closely with legal, privacy, and security teams
Represent the voice of the customer and the market internally, staying current on trends in identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk data services
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market efforts, positioning, and adoption of new features
What you bring in:
8-10 years of overall product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping and scaling data or platform products
B2B platform product experience is a strong plus, along with a good understanding of what it takes to build compelling B2C experiences
Sound technical knowledge and comfort engaging directly with engineering teams on architecture, data flows, and system design trade-offs
Deep, hands-on understanding of APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations, including how enterprise clients evaluate, integrate, and scale on top of them
Prior experience in the risk and identity management domain is strongly preferred, ideally including work with alternate data services (e.g., telecom data, device signals, behavioral data, or similar non-traditional data sources used for risk and identity decisioning)
Working knowledge of IT compliance regulations and data protection frameworks such as DPDPA and GDPR, and experience building products that operate within these constraints
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous problems and data into clear product decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across engineering, data science, legal, sales, and customer-facing teams
A degree in a technical, business, or related field
