Technical Developer Led

The Role This high-impact hybrid role combines hands-on technical development leadership with structured end-to-end project management. Splitting focus between engineering standards (60%) and traditional project governance (40%), you will lead software delivery, guide solution architecture, and oversee complex application rollouts across enterprise finance and workforce systems. Working closely with senior executive internal stakeholders, you will ensure seamless execution across vendor partners and internal delivery teams. The Tech Stack & Environment Engineering: C#, .NET Core, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.jsCloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions), Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelinesEnterprise Ecosystem: Workday (HCM/Time & Attendance), Salesforce, FinOps, Core AP/AR/Tax modulesDelivery Frameworks: Hybrid PMBOK, Waterfall, and Agile practices What You'll Bring 10+ years of total ICT experience originating from a senior full stack Microsoft development background.3+ years of direct end-to-end project management experience delivering software and enterprise applications.Proven capability managing vendor relationships and presenting roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, data engineering alignment, and RAID risk governance.Experience with Workday or large scale HCM systems implementation is highly regarded.
