As AI-Native Developer, you will contribute to building innovative retail solutions that leverage AI, cloud technologies, and modern development practices. What You Will Build Develop and enhance AI-powered applications including mobile applications for retail and enterprise scenarios.Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.Participate in creating intelligent workflows and automation solutions using AI and enterprise technologies.Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Contribute to software testing, debugging, documentation, and performance improvements.Learn and apply best practices in security, scalability, reliability, and enterprise software development.Support continuous innovation by exploring new AI technologies, frameworks, and development approaches. What You Bring 2-5 years of software development experience, or equivalent experience through internships, academic projects, or enterprise applications.Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for AI-driven software engineering.Basic understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices.Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, AI assistants, or agentic frameworks is an advantage.Exposure to web, mobile, or enterprise application development.Good to have exposure to Native Mobile application development for Android and iOS.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional product teams.Bias for action, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning.High adaptability and curiosity in a fast-moving AI landscape.Knowledge of SAP technologies, SAP BTP, or enterprise applications is a plus Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
