SAP Ariba Application Engineer

SAP Ariba Application Engineer plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Ariba solutions across procurement and supplier management processes. Working in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other business functions, this position focuses on ensuring system stability, continuous process improvement, user support, and the effective delivery of Source-to-Pay capabilities within a global environment. Opis stanowiska Deliver advanced functional and application support for SAP Ariba solutions.Analyze recurring issues, identify underlying causes, and implement long-term corrective actions.Configure, maintain, and optimize Ariba functionality in line with business requirements.Coordinate incident and problem investigations while ensuring appropriate documentation and knowledge sharing.Act as an escalation point for high-priority or complex business application issues.Work closely with internal technical teams, SAP experts, and third-party partners to resolve system challenges.Monitor and improve integrations, data quality, and end-to-end process performance.Participate in application releases, enhancements, upgrades, and post-deployment validation activities.Create and maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation.Facilitate post-incident reviews and contribute to service improvement plans.Support troubleshooting of interfaces, data synchronization issues, and system integration failures.Assess change impacts and support testing activities, including regression and user acceptance testing.Profil kandydata At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including system configuration and application support.Practical knowledge of multiple Ariba solutions, such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying, and Invoicing.Understanding of software delivery practices, Agile ways of working, and secure development principles.Experience supporting ITSM processes, including incident, request, change, and problem management.Involvement in testing, deployment, release coordination, and implementation activities.Strong understanding of procurement operations, sourcing processes, and supplier management.Familiarity with enterprise integration technologies, APIs, and middleware solutions.Experience investigating issues spanning SAP Ariba and connected ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience working with service management and work tracking tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.Knowledge of data exchange concepts, including APIs, IDocs, and related integration mechanisms.Oferujemy Private medical careAnnual bonusEmployee stock purchase planFlexible benefits budgetLife insuranceHybrid work model (3 days in the office)
