Role Overview We are looking for Linux Systems Software Engineers from junior to senior level. This role is focused on Linux-based system software development, low-level platform technologies, storage solutions and hardware-software integration. You will work on drivers, firmware interactions, operating system integration and next-generation storage platforms. What You Will Do • Design, develop and maintain Linux system-level software components • Develop and debug software interacting with Linux kernel, drivers, firmware and hardware • Work on storage technologies, performance optimization and system scalability • Collaborate with validation, architecture and DevOps teams • Investigate complex platform-level issues across hardware and software stacks • Participate in code reviews, documentation and technical discussions • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle Required Qualifications • Strong programming skills in C and/or C++ • Solid Linux knowledge and hands-on experience developing, debugging or troubleshooting Linux-based systems • Understanding of OS fundamentals including processes, memory management, threading and synchronization • Experience with Git and debugging tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Linux kernel, device drivers or embedded Linux environments • Experience with storage technologies (RAID, NVMe, SAS, SATA or related) • Familiarity with hardware-software interaction and server platforms • Knowledge of UEFI, BIOS or platform initialization technologies • Experience with VMware ESXi and/or Windows internals • Experience with performance analysis and optimization • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments Why Join Us Grow with us from day one – we are building a company where your development truly matters.
