Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities Engage with enterprise IT departments in Oman to understand technical requirements, business challenges, and project objectives.Support the presentation of the employers AI-native software development and product design services to technical and business stakeholders.Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution outlines, presentations, and scope documentation aligned with the employers delivery methodology.Collaborate with senior team members and the founder during client discussions related to scope, timelines, technical requirements, and commercial proposals.Maintain regular communication with clients after project confirmation and support implementation follow-up through delivery.Develop strong working relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other enterprise technology stakeholders.Represent the employer professionally at technology events, enterprise IT forums, meetings, and networking activities across Oman. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.Fresh graduates with strong technical and communication capabilities are encouraged to apply; candidates with 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a related client-facing technology role are preferred.Foundational to intermediate understanding of AI, software development, software architecture, and digital product concepts.Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and consultative problem-solving skills.Fluent Arabic and English communication skills, both spoken and written.Ability to work independently, manage multiple client interactions, and take ownership of assigned opportunities and follow-up activities.Omani national or eligible for full Omani work authorization.
