About the Role CGM is seeking an experienced Team Leader Software Development (f/m/d) to lead and coach software development teams in a dynamic agile environment. The role combines technical leadership, software architecture, development expertise, and team management to deliver high-quality solutions for the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a proven background in software architecture and development, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical concepts. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while supporting employee development, code quality, system performance, and continuous improvement.
