About the Role CGM is seeking an experienced Team Leader Software Development (f/m/d) to lead and coach software development teams in a dynamic agile environment. The role combines technical leadership, software architecture, development expertise, and team management to deliver high-quality solutions for the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a proven background in software architecture and development, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical concepts. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while supporting employee development, code quality, system performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach software development teams in an agile environment.Develop innovative technical concepts and support the implementation of challenging software projects.Analyze requirements from different business areas and translate them into technical concepts.Ensure high-quality development processes and adherence to established standards.Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.Provide constructive technical feedback to improve code quality, innovation, and development efficiency.Proactively identify vulnerabilities in existing implementations.Develop targeted solutions to address identified vulnerabilities and improve system performance.Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals.Support efforts to optimize user experience.Develop team members' technical and professional skills.Set clear objectives for team members and monitor team performance.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.Several years of leadership experience within software development.Strong experience in software architecture and software development.Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.Strong technical and methodological expertise.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach.High commitment, creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn.Systematic and conscientious approach to work.
