RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.Minimum 2–4 years of development experience using Java Spring Boot.Minimum 2–4 years of experience with JasperReports, including multi-report, sub-report, and query/scriptlet implementation.Strong understanding of backend application development, debugging, and troubleshooting.Experience with application maintenance, enhancement, and production support.Good understanding of software development lifecycle and unit testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA/Testers, Senior Developers, and Product Managers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, maintain, and support the Core Application System (CAS).Work on application modules related to Claims, POS, and New Business.Develop reliable application changes based on business and technical requirements.Perform unit testing and resolve application defects.Support production issues and provide technical troubleshooting.Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA/Testers, Senior Developers, and Product Developer Managers.Contribute to ongoing and new development projects.
