Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Developer Location: Uxbridge, ON Salary: 90,000-110,000 The Client: Our client is seeking a Software Developer to play a key role in driving digital transformation, process optimization, and systems integration across the organization. This is a highly visible position that combines software development, business process improvement, and technology consulting within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and operational teams to modernize workflows, connect disparate systems, and develop solutions that improve efficiency across the business. What you will achieve in this role: Design and develop custom software solutions to improve business and operational workflows.Integrate and optimize business systems, including ERP, CRM, and other internal applications.Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology-driven improvements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.Develop automation, reporting, data management, and AI-enabled tools to support business operations.Support digital transformation initiatives by modernizing legacy processes and reducing manual work.Build integrations, custom applications, and software enhancements that improve data flow and decision-making.Contribute to technology planning and provide guidance on process optimization and system architecture. What you must bring to this role: 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, automation, or business systems.Strong programming experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, C++, VB, or similar.Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, APIs, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business processes and recommend improvements.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or consulting experience is considered a strong asset.
