Full Stack Software Engineer

About Our Story: We are a team of 2 co-founders bounded by our research passion in "AI creativity control." Brian is an investment banker turned marketer, and Darin is doing PhD in VLM and stable diffusion. We marry deep sector expertise with front-tier AI research to solve AI hanessing puzzles for advertising creativity and automation. We have completed our MVP with paying enterprise-level clients, and are looking for a great Software Engineer to scale the platform with us! Responsibility: Design, develop, and maintain a platform for marketing asset generation and data managementBuild responsive and accessible UI in React with TypeScriptOptimize system performance, error handling, and UX across the end-to-end creative workflow to increase platform stability and user efficiencyImprove platform reliability by writing comprehensive unit/integration tests, configuring CI/CD pipelines, and setting up system monitoring and alertingClose collaboration with business and technical teams Required skill: Frontend Development: Proficient in React and TypeScript (or similar modern frontend frameworks)Backend Development: Solid experience in Express.js and designing scalable RESTful APIsDatabases: Hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) database systems.DevOps & Workflow Tools: Proficient with Git version control and basic CI/CD deployment pipelines.Product-Minded: UX sensibilities and an eye for detail in creative tools Nice to have skill: Background jobs/queues (e.g. Celery for Python, Amazon SQS/Simple Queue Service)Docker and AWS deployment, observability (OpenTelemetry, Sentry)Basic knowledge of AI/ML integration workflows (LLM/image generation APIs) Benefit: At the forefront of AI marketing application with exposure to CEO, CTO and CMO from industry leading brands
