About Qbee
At Qbee, we build a policy-based fleet management and Over-The-Air (OTA) configuration management platform that powers connected Linux devices worldwide—from sustainable industrial heating to satellite data analytics.
We prioritize low-ego collaboration, high trust, and psychological safety over "hustle culture." We believe engineering excellence happens when people have real work-life balance and supportive colleagues.
We do not expect you to know our entire stack on day one; our culture relies on collaboration, steady onboarding, and structured continuous learning.
We actively encourage applications from backgrounds underrepresented in technology.
If you are interested in this role but don't meet every single bullet point below, please apply anyway—we evaluate candidates on potential, fundamental skills, and growth mindset.

What We Are Looking For
We recognize that excellent engineers come from diverse backgrounds and may not meet every specific technology requirement on day one.
