[Tokenable] Blockchain Full-stack (Solidity/Backend) Lead Developer (5+ Years of Experience) - **Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization. - Build robust backend servers and APIs integrated with blockchain networks. - Handle on-chain data processing, transaction optimization, and security validation. - Collaborate closely with the frontend team to integrate Web3 wallets and deliver a seamless decentralized application (dApp) user experience. - **[Leadership Role]** Establish technical direction for the blockchain development track, drive architectural decision-making, and lead code reviews and team member mentoring. - **Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in blockchain smart contract development using Solidity (or equivalent capability). - Hands-on experience in full-stack service development and operations using backend technologies such as Node.js and Python. - Deep understanding of EVM-based networks (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and transaction structures. - Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices and experience handling smart contract audits. - **Preferred Qualifications** - **Fluent English communication skills** for seamless collaboration with global partners, foundations, and international teams. - **Experience from Big Tech companies**, with a strong background in handling high-traffic services and integrating blockchain backends/smart contracts. - **Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead**, demonstrating strong product ownership and leadership in growing a team. - Experience commercializing fintech or blockchain services, such as RWA (Real-World Asset tokenization), DeFi, or NFT marketplaces. - Strong understanding of asset tokenization regulations and financial institution system integration. --- 2.
