Junior Developer

Role DescriptionDevelop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and features under the guidance of senior developers.Translate functional requirements and technical specifications into clean, reliable, and maintainable code.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and technical problems, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.Write unit tests and contribute to code reviews to ensure software quality, reliability, and maintainability.Follow established coding standards, development practices, version-control processes, and documentation requirements.Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices to improve technical capabilities and contribute to team productivity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Basic understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and database concepts.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or similar.Familiarity with Git and common software development tools and workflows.Understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and basic web or application architecture is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn and take on new technical challenges.Ability to write clear, readable, and maintainable code with attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
