Salesforce Vlocity Developer
Location: Melbourne
Duration: Initial 12 month contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join a high-profile digital transformation program.
You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to design, develop, integrate and deploy robust Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
Design reusable, scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with development and governance standards.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and other integration technologies.
Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment across environments, including Production.
Support CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI and accessibility specialists.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Promote Salesforce development best practices and help uplift team capability.
Essential Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
Strong understanding of OOP, frameworks and design patterns.
Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events or similar technologies.
Experience with Git/source control and package-based Salesforce development.
Experience delivering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud solutions.
Understanding and appreciation of accessible design and development.
Must be an Australian Citizen Desirable Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
Experience with Jira, VS Code, DevOps and CI/CD.
Experience delivering 4+ Salesforce CRM/platform projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience with AI Agentic Coding.
