In this role you will contribute to the design, development and ongoing improvement of high-performance software that integrates with physical hardware and technology systems. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain high-quality software applicationsDevelop software that interfaces with physical hardware, devices and associated technologyTroubleshoot, debug and resolve complex software and system issuesContribute to real-time, high-performance software solutionsWork closely with software, hardware, product, quality and other technical teamsParticipate in software verification, validation and testing activitiesDevelop and maintain appropriate technical and software documentationContribute to Agile development practices and continuous improvementSupport the delivery of robust, scalable and reliable software solutions Skills and ExperienceDegree qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related disciplineStrong commercial software development experience using C#Experience developing software that interfaces with physical hardware, devices, cameras, sensors or other technical systems will be highly regardedMedical device or healthcare technology experience is highly desirable, particularly experience developing software associated with medical devicesExperience with Unity, 3D visualisation or real-time rendering would be advantageous but is not essentialExperience working within a regulated or safety-critical environment is also consideredStrong debugging, analytical and technical problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teamsA quality-focused approach and strong attention to detailCulture You will join a collaborative, innovative team that is passionate about developing technology that supports better healthcare outcomes.
