The Role
Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across a SaaS portfolio.
Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences into products, utilizing LLMs, Retrieval, Tool-Use, and structured workflows.
Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to elevate engineering and AI-engineering quality.
Stay close to users, understand healthcare workflows, and bring an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.
What You'll Need
Several years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications.
Deep knowledge in at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python).
Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Practical experience with core technologies like React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform, and Cloud/DevOps environments (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
Proven effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding tools and experience in designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.
Fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, innovation enthusiasm, high proactivity, and excellent collaboration skills.
