Position: Full Stack Engineer Location: Based in Montreal, hybride Type: Full-Time What You'll Do As Tech Lead, you'll partner directly with our CTO to architect, build, and scale transformative web applications in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your role will empower you to: Lead the development team, guiding engineers through project lifecycles and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Develop and optimize robust front-end and back-end systems using React, Vite, Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB, ensuring scalability and performance.Own end-to-end product features, from ideation to deployment, delivering high-quality, maintainable code that sets industry standards.Seamlessly integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services, while harnessing AWS for resilient cloud infrastructure.Influence key architecture decisions, foster innovation, and mentor junior engineers to elevate the team's capabilities.Proactively troubleshoot complex issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative setting.
