We are seeking Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developers to join a high-profile digital transformation program delivering innovative, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team, collaborating with developers, solution architects, UI/UX specialists and accessibility experts to deliver robust, reusable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
This is a hands-on development role suited to experienced Salesforce professionals with strong Vlocity / OmniStudio capability.
Key responsibilities
Develop and deliver Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio solutions within a multidisciplinary Scrum team.Design and develop robust, reusable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.Work across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.Contribute to solution design, development standards and technical design reviews.Ensure solutions meet coding, governance and quality standards.Support deployments across development, test and production environments.Develop and maintain integrations using technologies such as REST APIs and Platform Events.Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and daily Scrum activities.Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UI/UX and accessibility specialists.Share knowledge and contribute to building the technical capability of the wider team.Provide technical guidance and promote best-practice Salesforce Vlocity development.
To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience in:
Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio, specifically Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.Object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns.Building and working with integrations, including REST APIs and Platform Events.Source control tools such as GitLab and package-based development.Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations.Working in Agile development environments and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Experience or an interest in accessible design and development will be highly regarded.
Desirable experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.Experience with Jira, VS Code and DevOps practices.Successful delivery of 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using Agile methodologies.Demonstrable experience with AI agentic coding.
