IoT Customer Implementation Specialist

This role involves a combination of managing the service delivery with supporting business customers, as well as daily interaction with various internal teams.This role is meant for you, if you have: Fluency in Latvian and English, both spoken and written (for daily communication with the company's clients & partners, and the team members abroad);Experience in B2B Customer Support & Customer Onboarding;Strong business communication skills, both verbally and in writing;Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet the deadlines;Analytical mindset and high attention to details;Good collaboration skills, contributing to a positive team environment;Preferable experience with Ticketing system & ensuring compliance with Service Level agreements (SLAs);Knowledge, experience, and expertise in IoT industry to be considered as an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth and efficient onboarding of new customers and the successful implementation of company products or services;Daily interaction with B2B customers via phone & e-mail;Log and track all cases and interactions in dedicated systems;Handle Information & Service requests, place & track Sim Orders;Help customers with basic invoicing questions;Perform Validations on agreements and customer set up;Communicate and coordinate orders with sim vendors & warehouse;Perform requested optimizations on implemented agreements and customer set-up;Help and guide commercial teams to work according to set processes.
