IT Compliance Administrator

You've come to the right place, to Smart!We are looking for a IT Compliance Administrator to join one of our projects: Responsibilities:1.Compliance Tools Infrastructure: Manage and support compliance tools infrastructure. Collaborate with local surveillance teams for effective support.Perform high-level troubleshooting and administrative tasks using PowerShell automation scripts.2.Messaging Compliance Ecosystem:Architect and oversee the messaging compliance ecosystem.Implement monitoring using Zabbix.Keep servers and applications up to date.Test and evaluate new compliance solutions.Provide training to compliance officers teams.3.User Support and Incident Resolution:Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 user incidents on O365 and OnPrem compliance tools.Escalate Level 3 incidents to vendors like Microsoft and Veritas.Address user problems related to compliance applications and find creative solutions or workarounds.4.Collaboration and Communication:Maintain close cooperation with other entities and teams within the Infrastructure department.Collaborate on technical design of new infrastructure or products.Contribute to proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes.5.Infrastructure Management:Participate in defining and maintaining infrastructures and products for projects.Install, configure, and validate infrastructure components.Ensure the availability of technical resources.Provide level 3 expertise on complex operational incidents.6.Technical Expertise and Development:Stay informed on technology trends related to products.Contribute to studies on technical architecture and IT platform evolution.Verify the application of standards (IT security, quality, etc.).Participate in the selection of suppliers.7.Performance and Quality:Propose solutions to improve system performance.Ensure proper product implementation aligning with SLA requirements.Maintain expertise in the field and manage developments in line with functional or technical needs. The Main Technical Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Experience and interest in administration activities.Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications.Excellent knowledge of Messaging solutions (Exchange, Outlook, O365 Exchange online, Skype, Enterprise Vault).Good knowledge of Zabbix or other monitoring tools.Good proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages.Good understanding of networking concepts (firewall, load balancers).
