Location: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: Hybrid – LisbonProgram ContextThis role is part of an AI acceleration program focused on transforming the IT operating model into an orchestrated ecosystem of agents and specialized skills.The initiative covers the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), Data & DataOps, observability, AI testing, and operational excellence.The program is organized into multiple streams and squads focused on platforms, AI testing, observability, data products, talk data, and enterprise architecture.Consultant RoleThe consultant will join the transversal architecture team responsible for ensuring architectural consistency, governance, and alignment across all initiatives, while collaborating with privacy, compliance, and adoption teams.Desired ProfileSenior professional with 7–8 years of experience in systems architecture;At least 4 years of hands-on experience with cloud-native development platforms;Proven experience with AI-native architectures, agent ecosystems, LLMs, and copilots;Experience with AI governance, observability, guardrails, and MCP frameworks;Strong understanding of AI/ML workloads;Experience with platforms such as OutSystems, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud;Strategic mindset with experience working in regulated environments;Knowledge of GDPR and application security;Experience with CI/CD and software quality practices;Background in event-driven architecture and APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine standards and blueprints for AI integration across SDLC and DataOps;Ensure interoperability between platforms and technical governance;Participate in Architecture Review Boards;Contribute to architecture communities and cross-functional initiatives;Support innovation and digital transformation initiatives.Essential Soft SkillsStrong stakeholder alignment and communication skills;Ability to communicate across technical and business teams;High level of autonomy and influence.What can you expect from us?Mind-blowing workplace culture.
