📌 Role:Specialist SailPoint EngineerWe are now looking for a Specialist SailPoint Engineer to strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and help us evolve our identity governance landscape.🔐 About the RoleAs a Specialist SailPoint Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. You’ll work closely with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure our IAM ecosystem remains secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations.This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint IIQ solutions while contributing to the broader IAM strategy.🛠 What You’ll DoDesign, implement, validate, and document SailPoint IIQ enhancements, fixes, and integrations.Act as 3rd line support for the SailPoint IIQ platform.Develop and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and process flows.Troubleshoot complex technical and security issues related to IdentityIQ.Conduct risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies.Collaborate with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams.Provide knowledge transfer and training to 2nd line support teams.Offer expert guidance to internal stakeholders on IAM best practices.🎯 What We’re Looking ForStrong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including integrations with critical applications.Active Directory & LDAP expertise (3–5 years).Experience troubleshooting custom connectors within SailPoint IIQ.Solid understanding of Windows & Linux environments.Scripting skills (PowerShell) are a plus.3–5 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.Experience integrating SailPoint with SIEM/PAM tools (e.g., Splunk, CyberArk) is a plus.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, MS Office.🌐 LanguagesEnglish📍 LocationBrussels💼 Work ModelHybridFull‑time
