Application Support Engineer - APIs and Microservices

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in functional application support within distributed microservices environments, preferably using OpenShift;Experience in API support, preferably with IBM® API Connect;Basic knowledge of SQL;Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow);Preferably experience in frontend triage (React/Angular);Preferably experience working with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace);Preferably experience, from a user perspective, in consulting logs using Kibana;Preferably experience in Python programming;Availability to provide out-of-hours support.Work model: Hybrid, based in LisbonWhat can you expect from us?Mind-blowing workplace culture.
