- Development of Recruitment processes in IT profiles;- Process management (Structure survey, Preparation of advertisements, Evaluation of applications/CV's, Pre-interviews by telephone, face-to-face interviews, etc...).Candidate profile:- Degree in relevant area: Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or similar;- Motivation for the Recruitment and Selection area;- At least 6 months' experience in IT recruitment;- Good learning and communication skills;- Persistent, dynamic and resilient;- A love of teamwork;- Aim-oriented;- Pro-activity and ability to work under pressure.
