Full Stack Developer Intern

We're looking for a hands-on, resourceful Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build and scale the platforms powering Knightlabs' AI-driven healthcare and life sciences solutions. The Full Stack Developer will support the design, development, and testing of features across our core products, including NuClara and Ryfinr, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, front-end development, and workflow automation. You'll contribute to building reliable, scalable tools while gaining exposure to how AI and automation are applied in a regulated, life-sciences environment. Key Responsibilities: Support development of front-end features using React, ensuring clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications hosted on AWS.Help design and implement workflow automations using n8n to streamline internal and client-facing processes.Contribute to API integrations connecting our platforms with third-party and internal data sources.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX concepts into functional components.Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for compliant, enterprise-grade software. Qualifications Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience with React and TypeScript (or a similar front-end framework) through coursework, personal projects, or prior placements.Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda) or cloud computing concepts.Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier) or strong interest in AI/automation.Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an asset.Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes is an asset.
