Description

Leading e-commerce client now requires an Android Engineer to support in developing their scalable mobile application, contributing towards the evolution of their digital ecosystem. This role work closely with cross functional teams to ship features on an end-to-end basis. The role: Develop and evolve features across our clients Android app.Own features from concept to release and iteration.Collaborate with backend, web, and mobile engineers in an agile squad.Shape architecture and help evolve our codebase.Use data and experimentation to improve the user experience.Partner with product and design on intuitive user journeys. Key Requirements: Solid experience building Android apps with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, GraphQL, Firebase, GitHub, Sentry, Lokalise, Espresso, Junit.Comfortable in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.A strong communicator who collaborates easily with non-technical team members.Curious, ownership-driven, and eager to make a real impact.Experience with A/B testing and analytics. This is a permanent opportunity which provides a competitive salary dependant on experience (mid -to senior level) plus excellent benefits package. In terms of working structure, this role is hybrid with occasional days in their Amsterdam office.
