Job Summary We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Commercial Loan Origination process.The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino modules, strong Salesforce development skills, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities Work on nCino Commercial Loan Origination System implementations and enhancements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions within the nCino platform.Configure and support commercial lending processes and related nCino modules.Develop and maintain integrations and custom Salesforce functionality.Independently manage development tasks while collaborating effectively with customers and project teams.Required Skills nCinoProven years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System.Strong working knowledge of:Loan Processing StagesCollateral ManagementCovenant ManagementChange MemoDeal StructureProduct ConfigurationScreen ConfigurationProficiency in:ApexTriggersFlowsLightning Web Components (LWC)Experience with API development and system integrations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-driven with the ability to collaborate with customers, gather requirements, and independently manage development tasks.Qualifications Proven years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System.Strong functional and technical expertise in commercial loan origination processes.Solid Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience building and supporting integrations through APIs.Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and deliver effective solutions.
