Software Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.Debug applications, identify root causes, and resolve software defects.Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing.Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.Collaborate with QA analysts to troubleshoot and resolve defects.Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Maintain technical documentation and contribute to development best practices.Monitor application performance and implement improvements when required.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.Required Skills Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScriptGood knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) conceptsStrong understanding of Data Structures and AlgorithmsExperience with SQL and relational databasesKnowledge of REST APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with Git and version controlUnderstanding of SDLC and software development methodologiesExperience with debugging and troubleshootingAbility to write clean, scalable, and maintainable codeBasic understanding of unit testing and software testing practicesGood knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development rolesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
