Power Platform Developer

To support our growing organization we are currently looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer (m/f/d) to join our IT team and support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and automations within the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will focus primarily on Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint Online, while also contributing to Power BI reporting, data validation, and integration scenarios. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to support digitalization initiatives. Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements and propose opportunities for automation and digitalizationTranslate business needs into functional Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, design and validate the solutionsDevelop and maintain Power Automate flows (automation of business processes, integrations, alerts, data pipelines)Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas Apps) supporting business processesSupport bug fixing, monitoring and optimization of existing applications and flowsConfigure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists and workflowsCollaborate on Power BI reports and datasetsAssist in connecting Power Platform solutions with data sources (DWH, SQL, APIs)Monitor automated processes and provide first-level support and analysis of issuesContribute to standardization and documentation of solutions We offer: attractive and well equipped workplace in the heart of the city centerstable employment based on an employment contractinteresting job where you can meet diversified challenges and tasks every dayinternational working environment, shaped by team work and a great atmosphereappropriate remuneration and social benefits of a modern companyflexible working time including home office modelclose cooperation and exchange of experience with other skilled teams within the GATX groupopportunity for professional development with wide range of trainings You are a good fit if you have: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutionsStrong practical experience with Power Automate, including flows, triggers, connectors, and process automationExperience in developing and maintaining Power AppsGood knowledge of SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, and workflowsExperience with Power BI, including report creation, data models, and troubleshootingBasic understanding of data structures and integrationsGood communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutionsStrong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and ownership of assigned tasksFluency in English; German or Polish would be an asset.
