Backend Software Engineer

This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous cybersecurity startup focused on simplifying security through agentless AI solutions. We’re identifying a small number of exceptional backend software engineers from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the founding team. Their platform integrates over 100 data streams to deliver one-click fixes, making security management more efficient for enterprise customers. Founded in 2022 and backed by $10M in funding, the team consists of 15 members, including experienced operators who have shipped security products at companies like Google, Atlassian, Yahoo, and Microsoft. About the role As a backend software engineer, you will develop integrations and custom detections using Go, Python, and TypeScript. You'll work closely with customer security teams during onboarding and incorporate insights from these interactions into the platform. This role offers real engineering challenges, not just pre-sales or support tasks. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and directly influence the product's development. What You’ll Do Build and ship integrations and custom detections in Go, Python, and TypeScript.Collaborate with customer security teams to understand their needs and improve the platform.Rapidly translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.Work directly with the co-founders, gaining insights from their extensive industry experience.
