Full Stack Engineer

Position : Backend / Full-Stack Developer Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–6 Years Interview: Video Visa: USC, GC, or GC-EAD Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Backend / Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience with Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Java, and/or Go (Golang), along with hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server. This role will also collaborate with the COE Project Manager to support change management, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new features and processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications.Build secure, well-documented, and versioned RESTful APIs.Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.Develop clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code following industry best practices.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.Implement automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining system stability.Work with the COE PM on change management initiatives for new features and process updates.Develop training materials, newsletters, documentation, and stakeholder communications.Support user enablement and adoption through effective communication and feedback loops.Participate in continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices. Change Management & Communication The developer will also partner with the COE PM to: Develop and execute change management plans.Support rollout of new features and process changes.Create training and enablement materials.Prepare newsletters and stakeholder communications.Gather feedback and identify adoption challenges.Drive successful user adoption through clear communication and ongoing support.
