Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Orlando, FL. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support internal operations and customer-facing mortgage services. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating data sources, and troubleshooting system issues. The role involves collaborating with mortgage professionals and operational teams to understand requirements, improve workflows, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant. The Software Engineer will participate in code reviews, document technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s technology stack.
