You’ll have genuine ownership and influence over the technology, working through complex engineering problems and helping to ensure the platform remains reliable as the business continues to grow. About You You’ll be an experienced Software Developer / Software Engineer with strong backend development skills and approximately 4–6 years’ commercial software development experience. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how systems actually work, approaching problems calmly and methodically, and delivering good engineering without relying on buzzwords. Why Apply? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing technology business where engineers have genuine ownership and influence over the technology they build and maintain. In return, you’ll benefit from: Fully remote working.Competitive salary, dependent on experience.25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays.Flexible working hours.A sensible approach to working hours, with no expectation of excessive or unrealistic start-up hours.Company laptop and equipment, including monitors.Pension contribution.A permanent opportunity within a growing technology business.A collaborative engineering environment with genuine ownership and influence.
