This role must balance speed of delivery with long-term sustainability and will operate with a high degree of autonomy. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platformConfigure core capabilities (e.g. ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, EC / Portals, workflows, flows, catalog, integrations, ITOM etc.)Build reusable, scalable components using out-of-the-box functionalityMinimise customisation and avoid introducing technical debtDevelop and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)Work closely with architects to align on design standards and guardrailsTroubleshoot and resolve platform issuesContribute to documentation and knowledge sharing Required Experience Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experienceExperience across multiple modules (not limited to one area)Advanced scripting capability (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer)Experience building integrations and working with APIsSolid understanding of CMDB and data structuresProven ability to deliver independently in a senior capacityServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – desirableData foundations - mandatory Key Attributes Delivery-focused and practicalAvoids over-engineeringComfortable operating as a senior developer in a small teamUnderstands trade-offs between speed and sustainabilityProactive in improving how things are built Expectations Delivers clean, maintainable solutions from the outsetUses out-of-the-box patterns wherever possibleRequires minimal oversight to deliver effectively Additional Information Netcompany Academy Through our Netcompany Academy, we offer a diverse range of courses, seminars and certifications carefully curated to support your development.
