We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join the Conversational AI team and help build products and services that bring the benefits of Generative AI to Genesys customers. As a Frontend Engineer in the Conversational AI team, you will be designing and developing high quality software to deliver key features of the Product roadmaps. You will be working on tools and infrastructure challenges involving machine learning and software engineering to deliver AI powered conversational solutions. You will be joining a collaborative team of like-minded people who thrive on technical problem solving and relish design challenges. Working in an Agile team environment, Genesys teams are full-stack, with capabilities to deliver full features across Front-End, Back-End, Eventing and Storage layers. Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scale, security, and usability.
