Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications used across engineering organizations. • Build modern web UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Express, or similar technologies. • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs. • Build and optimize large-scale data platforms leveraging SQL and NoSQL databases. • Integrate AI/ML and LLM technologies into internal engineering workflows. What You'll Need • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong experience building and deploying full stack web applications. • Expert-level programming skills in Python. • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. • Experience developing modern front-end applications using React. • Experience building REST APIs and microservices. • Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems. • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. • Experience with Git-based development workflows. • Experience working in Linux environments. • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
