DevOps Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll design and maintain infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, creating reusable modules that follow best practices.
Managing Kubernetes clusters and automating provisioning through Ansible, you'll build CI/CD pipelines that support secure, automated delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and manage infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, both managed and self-hosted.
- Automate configuration management with Ansible.
- Monitor and ensure performance, availability, and scalability across infrastructure and applications.
- Integrate Jira and Confluence into DevOps processes and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable secure and automated delivery.
- Continuously improve automation, pipelines, and internal processes.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
- 3-4 years of advanced Terraform experience, including designing reusable modules and following best practices such as modularity, versioning, and naming conventions.
- 3-4 years of strong AWS experience, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, and EKS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git and Bitbucket, and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Practical experience using AI copilots such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude Code in daily DevOps tasks, from scripting to pipeline design and debugging.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, Flux, or Helm.
- Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
- 3-4 years of experience with Kubernetes, including EKS and self-hosted clusters.
- Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
