Product Engineer

Senior/Staff Product Engineer We are looking for a Product Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join as a founding member of a small, senior engineering team building the fastest-growing financial platform for small and medium-sized businesses. You will have an outsized voice in shaping the product roadmap, defining user experiences, and making consequential decisions at a company with indefinite runway, five founder exits, and a major enterprise customer already in production. What You Will Be Doing Defining and prioritizing what to build next, shaping the product roadmap with a strong user-advocacy lensDesigning end-to-end user experiences for new features and products, from UX decisions through success metricsBuilding interactive, consumer-grade interfaces using TypeScript, React, and GraphQLTracking and measuring the impact of product changes by running experiments, analyzing user behavior, and iterating on the dataCollaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas and gather feedbackWhat We Are Looking For 5+ years in frontend or product engineering, spent owning user-facing productsHas owned a user-facing product surface end-to-end and made consequential product decisions, not just taking tickets off a boardStrong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern browser technology, with real products built by handConsumer-facing or SMB-facing product experience at scale, with evidence of tracking metrics and knowing whether a change actually workedData-driven product thinking: knows which metrics matter and how to evaluate an experimentComfortable talking directly to users, with experience doing itA mix of environments: some time at a rigorous or scaled company, and some time where decisions were consequentialMust be physically based in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the futureNice to have Early or founding engineer at a company that reached real tractionExperience developing AI agents or integrating LLMs into user-facing productsWhy join Remote-first and family-friendly.
